Top of the products is surely the TRI series, a full range of hydraulic equipment for the drawing of tubes or rods with circular cross section or complex profile, capable to ensure very high quality standards. Technologically advanced thanks to the use of prime selected components and innovative design solutions covered by patent, the TRI draw benches are fully PLC controlled for both working phases and safety protection; the truck carries pliers is perfectly aligned with the hole of the drawn in order to eliminate any formation of bending effects on the metal structure. The speed of the traction is adjustable and the use of the bench is extremely simple by the use of a joystick placed on the control panel which allows the operator to manage all the steps of the process easily. The replacement of the jaws is very simple and is done through a system of fast anchorage. TRI have a very compact design with a total length of about 1.5/1,8 meters more then the useful working draft and may be equipped with an opposite bench for the use of anchored spindles. The range of products is completed by a number of subsidiary equipment such as tapering machines APT series for pipes and bars or AP series for wires, manual or automatic spindles unlocking systems and a compact kit for hydraulic drawing named KTF10, an extremely compact device for the production of half-processed pipes or rods ready to be finished. VM/6P-10P-12P are multi-pass drawing machines designed for processing ferrous, non-ferrous and noble wires. The movement is ensured by a three-phase alternating current motor with transmission by means of an oil bath gearbox capable of guaranteeing a drawing speed up to 110 m/min. The conical reel, made of steel with hard chrome coating, is mechanically clutched with self-levelling tempered discs for the constant tensioning of the wire and the correct start-up of the system; a closed circuit cooling and lubrication device ensures the temperature dispersion of the die-holder group and of the motorized reel during processing so as to delay wear and collect the waste materials. An easily accessible and functional control panel allows the operator to manage the plant with simplicity and immediacy. The machine is started by a foot pedal both when the machine is open and when it is closed. This series of VIOLI dies can be equipped with an optional electronic coiler and safety guards, in accordance with the applicable reference standards. VM/12PE is a 12-pass electronic die designed for processing wires with a diameter between 2 and 0.07 mm and is capable of working at a maximum speed of 300 m/min. The machine is electronically controlled in all its phases. Consisting of: closed circuit cooling and lubrication system; large control panel. Equipped with an electronic winding unit with constant torque for winding the wire on reels. The Bull-Block series includes a range of equipment for the non-slip drawing of wires made of precious and non-precious metals. These dies are able to guarantee machining operations up to 25 m/min, using a cabestan with a diameter between 200 and 350 mm. The movement is ensured by a three-phase AC motor with transmission via oil bath gearbox. The traction reel, made with high resistance and hardness coating on request, is designed to allow the wire to be drawn simultaneously in 2 passages managing the different elongation. A closed circuit cooling and lubrication system ensures the temperature dispersion of the die-holder unit and the motorized reel during processing, thus delaying wear and tear and collecting waste materials. Starting is by pedal operation both when the machine is open and when it is closed. The VM Bull-Block dies are complete with safety guards, in accordance with the applicable reference standards.
