The event boasted participation from over 1,125 prominent exhibitors, representing both domestic and international origins, occupying 2,483 booths across Halls 1-8 on the G and LG floors, drawing nearly 40,000 visitors.
Notably, attendees hailed from 112 countries, with India, China, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and the USA leading in participation. Particularly noteworthy was the significant increase in buyers from Europe and America, indicating a positive trend in Thailand’s gem and jewelry exports.

The opening ceremony of the 69th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair was graciously presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya. The event was attended by distinguished guests including H.E. Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, along with executives, officials from the Ministry, and related private organizations. Her Royal Highness participated in a jewelry fashion show, inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon, and visited the “Heirlooms of Elegance” exhibition, showcasing the collaboration in high jewelry design between SIRIVANNAVARI, directed by HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, and Beauty Gems.

The Networking Reception stands as another significant event fostering networks, strengthening relationships, facilitating trade negotiations between Thai entrepreneurs and international buyers, and bolstering the global standing of the Bangkok Gems Fair as a renowned jewelry trade show. Additionally, it presents another opportunity to showcase the potential of the Thai gem and jewelry industry. The event garnered enthusiastic participation from entrepreneurs in the Thai jewelry industry and international organizations.

The next edition of the BGJF will take place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center from 9th to 13th September in Bankgok.
