#Violitech is the column dedicated to the Violi technologies. This is the week of our crushing mills. We started on Monday talking about the remarkable importance of recovering precious metals from exhausted catalysts. How does the process happen? The work cycle starts from the separation of the catalyst from its steel casing by means of a shear. Subsequently, catalyst are conveyed through a series of equipment to the crushing mill which pulverizes and separates powders containing precious metals, from the scrap. The subsequent mixing allows to homogenize powders and take a sample that can be analyzed. More information on how it works?
